Fixed gazing on a flame or point, taught as a short daily practice for concentration, eye strength and settling a restless mind.

- Glaucoma
- Epilepsy
- Severe eye disorders

Before you come
- Eat lightly two hours before
- Wear or bring clothes you do not mind getting oil on
After the session
- Rest for 20–30 minutes
- Warm bath once the oil has settled
- Warm water through the day, no cold drinks
