Bookings

An online booking is a request until the clinic confirms it. Confirmation arrives by email. Arrive ten minutes early; arriving late may shorten the session, since the next patient is scheduled behind you.

Changes and cancellation

Change or cancel free up to 12 hours before the session, from your account or by phone. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for advance payment for future bookings.

Courses and payment

Course rates apply when the sessions are taken within the planned period. Payment is at the clinic unless online payment is offered at checkout. Unused sessions of a course can be transferred within the same course period at the clinic's discretion.

Your responsibilities

Tell us about pregnancy, medication, bleeding disorders, heart conditions, recent surgery and allergies before any therapy. Several Panchakarma procedures are unsafe in those situations.
