Warm oil retained over the navel to improve digestion and relieve acidity
Oil held over the navel, the seat of agni. Used for digestive complaints, bloating and menstrual cramps.

When this therapy should not be done
- Fever or acute illness
- Immediately after a heavy meal
- Active skin infection at the site

Before you come
- Eat lightly two hours before
- Wear or bring clothes you do not mind getting oil on
After the session
- Rest for 20–30 minutes
- Warm bath once the oil has settled
- Warm water through the day, no cold drinks
