Warm oil retained over the neck for cervical pain and stiffness
The same technique applied to the back of the neck, for cervical spondylosis and the stiffness that comes with long hours at a desk or a phone.

When this therapy should not be done
- Fever or acute illness
- Immediately after a heavy meal
- Active skin infection at the site

Marma points worked
Marma are the junctions where muscle, vessel, ligament, bone and joint meet — 107 of them in the classical texts. These are the ones this therapy uses.
- Krikatika (neck junction)
- Amsa (shoulder)
Before you come
- Eat lightly two hours before
- Wear or bring clothes you do not mind getting oil on
After the session
- Rest for 20–30 minutes
- Warm bath once the oil has settled
- Warm water through the day, no cold drinks
