Kansa Foot Massage
Short bronze-bowl foot massage that balances energy and relieves tension
A ten-minute treatment with a kansa (bronze) bowl worked over the soles in ghee or oil. Traditionally used to draw excess heat out of the body before sleep.

- Poor sleep
When this therapy should not be done
- Fever or acute illness
- Immediately after a heavy meal
- Active skin infection at the site

Before you come
- Eat lightly two hours before
- Wear or bring clothes you do not mind getting oil on
After the session
- Rest for 20–30 minutes
- Warm bath once the oil has settled
- Warm water through the day, no cold drinks
