Foot Bath
Hot or cold foot immersion that draws congestion away from the head
Feet and ankles immersed to mid-calf in hot or cold water, drawing blood downward and relieving pressure in the head and chest.

- Migraine
- Sinus congestion
- Swollen legs
- Fatigue
When this therapy should not be done
- Diabetic neuropathy without supervision
- Open wounds on the feet

Before you come
- Eat lightly two hours before
- Wear or bring clothes you do not mind getting oil on
After the session
- Rest for 20–30 minutes
- Warm bath once the oil has settled
- Warm water through the day, no cold drinks
