Herbal decoction stream that clears the head region and relieves headache
A warm herbal decoction is poured in a continuous stream over the forehead. Lighter and more clearing than oil, so it is chosen where Kapha heaviness sits behind the headache.

- Heaviness in the head
- Sinus headache
- Scalp conditions
When this therapy should not be done
- Fever or acute illness
- Immediately after a heavy meal
- Active skin infection at the site

Before you come
- Eat lightly two hours before
- Wear or bring clothes you do not mind getting oil on
After the session
- Rest for 20–30 minutes
- Warm bath once the oil has settled
- Warm water through the day, no cold drinks
